The Short Version
We're a garage door repair company based at 1649 E Victor Rd in Lodi, CA. We answer calls at (209) 309-1723 and go out to jobs across the service area - Lodi itself plus places like Galt, Thornton, Country Club, and Garden Acres, out to Herald and Linden. The heat here sits in the moderate band, which is easier on rubber seals and nylon rollers than a harsher climate would be, but it still means we replace weather-stripping and lubricate hardware on a regular basis rather than rarely. Median household income across the area runs around $91,429, and we price jobs the same way whether the house is a starter place or something larger - by what the door actually needs, not by the neighborhood. We don't pad an invoice with parts a spring job doesn't call for. If your door needs one spring and a new set of rollers, that's what goes on the ticket.
What We Will Not Do
We won't tell you a door needs full replacement when a spring, cable, or set of rollers will do the job - and we won't tell you a 1960s torsion setup is fine to leave alone if the drums are worn past safe use. We don't do new home construction work; our focus is repair and replacement on existing houses, most of them built well before 2001. We don't guess at a part number over the phone for an older door - some of the original hardware from that 1946-2001 build window isn't something we stock on the truck, and if it needs to be special-ordered, we say so up front instead of promising a same-day fix we can't deliver. We also don't work outside the area we actually serve; if you're well past Isleton or Bethel Island, we're not the closest option and we'll say that too. Honesty about what a job needs, and about where we can reasonably reach, matters more to us than closing every call that comes in.
